Hi, I’m Chris Guy from Ray White Springwood & Shailer Park. I have worked in the real estate industry since 2003 in all capacities from starting my career as a Cadet with Australia’s largest real estate franchise group, Ray White to a commission only salesperson, property manager, leasing consultant, business development manager to working independently for myself, with large private real estate groups, small family businesses and everything in between.

I have managed teams, trained many people in real estate, and developed and implemented many real estate processes and systems that are used throughout many real estate offices today.

Over the past few years, I have developed and fine-tuned our system of property management and I have partnered with Lindsay Battley, Principal and Director at Ray White Springwood & Shailer Park to offer our unique approach that will provide you, your tenants, and your property a better investment property journey.

Our team is here to provide you a better investment property management through a consultative approach and years of experience not just from me, but our entire team of dedicated property management professionals.

During our consultative approach to property management, we will sit down with you an investigate what are your goals for the property, your desired outcomes and long term or exit plans for this investment. We will work through those issues that you are currently having and make sure our team is positioned to best assist you in achieving your goals with all of us rowing in the same direction.

You will have my personal mobile number and the mobile number for my team, and I will encourage you to use it. I will be available for you when you need me, and this goes hand in hand for the tenants living at your property as well.

We have professional trades people that we work with to make sure when it comes to getting a job done it is done right and at the right price.

You will have access to the most cutting-edge property management software so you will see with total transparency where everything is up to. Whether it be water bills, rent payments, leases everything. Transparency is so important to me as I need you to be able to trust that we have your best interests in mind in everything involved with your property.

I will be the one who does the marketing for new tenants, and I will also take approved applicants through the property and process all applications for you. During my time away from real estate in the past I have also specialised in Credit and Fraud and know exactly what a good application looks like as well as all the tricks the tenants try to hide their bad tenant history with.

You will know us personally, and as I said previously you can reach out to us, and we also need to know that we can reach out to you as well. Sometimes it will be urgent, and it is much easier to work through with open lines of communication.

When it comes time to exit from this investment property, I will here go guide you through the pitfalls and supply information and guidance through our up-to-date market knowledge.
